I want to just say thank you to everyone who attended any of our showers - there were many of you that I haven't seen for a long time and many of you that I got to meet for the first time. So it was wonderful to be able to have some time with you all before the big day.

We are enjoying all of our gifts (from the showers and also the early gifts by mail!) - yes, Rich, we are using everything! (exept for the basement items, which we will enjoy getting out again when things are finished - thank you Margaret:) We expecially LOVE our new pots and pans - these are the first of our own, and it is nice not to have to use mom's hand-me-downs! So thank you to Susie, Connie, Lori, and Mildred:) Another thanks to Martha & Terry for the table settings - this brings sort of a nice completion to our kitchen - having items that all match:) I would love to go through and thank each and every one of you --- but there never seems to be enough time in a day when your planning a wedding;)

I do want to send another special thanks to all of you for hosting and planning the showers - they were each so beautiful and enjoyable, and I know many of you spent a lot of effort to make them each so special. We couldn't have asked for anything more. We are so blessed to have you all in our lives. I don't know how we both ended up so lucky:)
