Well wouldn’t you know? After a lesson I can actually ski. Yep, down hills without falling, all by myself. I can turn left, right, left, right and even stop. How neat! Rich did an awesome job hooking us up with everything at Boyne this weekend. Abbey and I both had a really really cool time. Sitting in the pool and hot tub, outside, was a really good bonus on the weekend as well.

Overall it was just nice to get out of town for a weekend where we didn’t have to worry about wedding details or work related tasks. The weather was nice and sunny most of Saturday and Sunday. We both felt nice and relaxed.

Abbey is now down in Chicago on her first business trip for some trade show for Party & Paper. I’m sitting at home trying to get iPhoto (our photo archiving program) to recognize our library again after an update…so far no luck…+3,000 photos in limbo, not real cool.
