Yeah, we have really slacked on this lately, been real busy with trying to find a new house and all the fun/annoying things that come along with that.

We've spent the last two weekends vising open houses to get a good feel of the local market. This monday we have a meeting with our first mortgage banker to see what kind of numbers we are looking at. My head is already spinning with all the research I've been doing into fixed rate mortgages vs. adjustable vs. baloons, etc...We've already come across a few houses that we would classify as "possibilites", but we still want to secure a realtor so we can see if they can dig up any additional prospects for us.

Other than that, it's just been rainning and rainning and ranning ever since we've moved back here. I think there has been a total of two, yes two out of 21 days where it hasn't rained at least a little bit...If it rainned like this in vegas the entire vally would be swimming.

Oh well, we are off to a few more open houses to see what there is to see in this damp, but green city.
