Well, the Marlins fan that Abbey spoke about was the infamous Steve Bartman. And he was a Cubs fan, but I like Abbey’s comment that he was a Marlins fan, because you would think that he was. Not that it was all his fault the Cubs are a ton of losers. Anyways, about Steve Bartman. What is great about the whole thing is, he is a Kevhead, and everyday Kev keeps begging him to call in. (Kevin Matthews is a radio show host out of Chicago.) Anyway, a fan wrote a song about Steve Bartman that is one of the best songs I have ever heard. It captures the moment so well. And I have decided that I am going to be Steve Bartman for Halloween. Cubs hate, glasses, headphones, and a coat. Maybe I need a billygoat to go along with the whole thing.


Southern California is on fire, if you haven’t heard. There are thousands of acres on fire and since it hasn’t rained here all summer, literally. I am sure the last time it rained it here was May. All the smoke from the fires have made the sky cloudy. The atmosphere around here looks like Mars. The sun is red and the San Fernando Valley looks like every resident has left something on the grill way too long. Check out the photo gallery.


So anyways, Mac and Abbey are coming Los Angeles for Halloween and I am determined to show them a good time. I would like to extend an invitation to anyone who reads this message to join us for Halloween also.
